Fugetsu-An comes from Kacho Fugetsu, a symbolic term embodying the beauties and wonders of Japanese nature. Our Fugetsu-An is on the upper level, Kacho-An is on the lower level. 
The house is in an unbeatable location for your visit in Kyoto as it is right in Downtown. 5 mins walk from Subway station Shiyakusho mae (City hall). Extremely close to the young people district Teramachi, Shinkyogoku, Nishiki market. And Gion is also within walking distance. The 5 star hotel Okura is on the corner.
